Registracija Vam nije potrebna, ali Vam preporučujemo da se registrirate radi lakšeg naručivanja novih narudžbi iz naše e-trgovine. To Vam štedi dragocjeno vrijeme, a možete pratiti sve prijašnje narudžbe. Kako registrirani kupac bit ćete prvi obaviješteni o svim pogodnostima i sezonskim sniženjima. Registrirani kupac za svaku kupnju dobiva promo kod pomoću kojega ostvaruje dodatne popuste. Jamčimo Vam da su Vaši podaci sigurni i da ih nikada nećemo dijeliti.

Kako mogu napraviti narudžbu? How can I place an order? Wie kann ich eine Bestellung aufgeben?

Nakon što izaberite proizvode koje želite kupiti koje možete pronaći u različitim kategorijama ili jednostavno pomoći s tražilicom (lijevo gore). Kod proizvoda kliknite dugme „Dodaj u košaricu“, a zatim „Nastavi s kupovinom“ ili „Dovrši kupnju“ (ovisno o tome je li već imate u košarici sve proizvode koje želite kupiti). U Internet košaricu upišite svoje podatke. Obratiti posebnu pažnju na 2. i 3. korak kako bi pravilno označili način dostave i način plaćanja. Ako imate poklon bon ili kod upišite ga u polje "Dodaj kod". Na kraju još jednom pregledajte narudžbu i kliknite „Dovrši kupnju“ i "Plati". Ispisat će se broj narudžbe i na e-mail ćete dobiti potvrdu o narudžbi. Ako se ne ispiše broj narudžbe i ako  ne dobijete potvrdu elektroničkom poštom, narudžba nije bila pravilno predana. Uplatu možete izvršiti izravnim bankovnim transferom, PayPal-om ili preko kreditne i debitne kartice (Maestro, Visa, Premium Visa, MasterCard, American Express i Diners), a za isporuku u Republici Hrvatskoj platiti možete i pouzećem.
 
You can make the payment by direct bank transfer, PayPal or via credit and debit card (Maestro, Visa, Premium Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners), and you can also pay by cash on delivery for delivery in the Republic of Croatia.
 
Sie können per Banküberweisung, PayPal oder per Kredit- und Debitkarte (Maestro, Visa, Premium Visa, MasterCard, American Express und Diners) bezahlen und bei Lieferung in der Republik Kroatien auch per Nachnahme bezahlen.

Očekivano vrijeme isporuke unutar Republike Hrvatske je 3 - 5 radnih dana, a za zemlje EU 5 -10 radnih dana od zaprimljene uplate. Za ostatak svijeta rok isporuke je od 7-15 radnih dana, nakon zaprimljene uplate, a u iznimnim slučajevima kako je navedeno u općim uvjetima. 
The expected delivery time within the Republic of Croatia is 3-5 working days, and for EU countries 5-10 working days from the received payment. For the rest of the world the delivery time is 7-15 working days, after receiving the payment, and in exceptional cases as stated in the general conditions.
Die voraussichtliche Lieferzeit innerhalb der Republik Kroatien beträgt 3 - 5 Werktage und für EU-Länder 5 - 10 Werktage ab Zahlungseingang. Für den Rest der Welt beträgt die Lieferzeit 7-15 Werktage nach Zahlungseingang und in Ausnahmefällen wie in den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen angegeben.

Za cijelo područje Hrvatske dostava je besplatna ako je vrijednost narudžbe iznad 375,00 kn (50 €). Za vrijednost narudžbe ispod 375,00 kn cijena dostave je 37,50 kn (5 €).
Cijena dostave u inozemstvo je besplatna za sve narudžbe iznad 3.750,00 kn (500 €).
Ako je vrijednost narudžbe ispod 3.7500,00 kn (500 €) tada je cijena dostave 225,00 kn (30 €).
For the entire area of Croatia, delivery is free if the value of the order is above 375.00 kn (50 €). For the value of the order below 375,00 kn the delivery price is 37,50 kn (5 €).
The price of delivery abroad is free for all orders over 3,750.00 kn (500 €).
If the value of the order is below 3.7500,00 kn (500 €) then the delivery price is 225,00 kn (30 €).
